A series of conservation and restoration projects are planned at Newborough National Nature Reserve and Forest on Anglesey.

Planning applications for Developments of National Significance are examined by the Planning Inspectorate who also make a recommendation to Welsh Ministers, who in turn decide whether or not to grant permission for the scheme. We are a ‘specialist consultee’ in the processes for determining Developments of National Significance.
