Hotjar is a technology service that helps us more fully understand our customers’ experience of using our website.


Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect customer data. The data helps us understand how much time customers spend on a page, which links customers click and what customers do or don’t like about the site.


Hotjar also collects a device's IP address (captured and stored in anonymised form), device screen size, device type, browser information, country location and preferred language used to display our website.


Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymised user profile. Neither we nor Hotjar collect or keep your personal details (such as name or address).
