Developments of National Significance
Planning applications for Developments of National Significance are examined by the Planning Inspectorate who also make a recommendation to Welsh Ministers, who in turn decide whether or not to grant permission for the scheme. We are a ‘specialist consultee’ in the processes for determining Developments of National Significance.
