Seal Licensing
There are two species of seal found around the UK, the Atlantic grey seal, and the harbour (or common) seal. The grey seal is much more common in Wales.

The otter is a Protected Species. It is against the law to damage or destroy its breeding site or resting place, or deliberately to capture, kill, injure or disturb an otter.

The Natterjack toad is a European Protected Species (EPS). It is illegal to damage/ destroy its aquatic / terrestrial habitats, or deliberately capture, kill, injure or disturb a natterjack. We grant licences so you can work legally.
