Biennial reports on reservoir safety

There are around 400 regulated reservoirs in Wales and the Reservoirs Act 1975 is the law which sets the minimum safety standards. It is our responsibility to make sure that the law is complied with to keep these dams safe.

We must report to the Welsh Minister on what we have done to ensure reservoir owners observe and comply with the law and also to report on what we have done to ensure the safety of reservoirs which we manage.
