Single water discharges must be paid over the phone:

• call 0300 065 3770 to pay between 9 and 5, Monday to Friday 
• choose 'call us for card payment' when you complete the consent application form

Multiple water discharges can be paid over the phone or bank transfer.

• call 0300 065 3770 to pay between 9 and 5, Monday to Friday 
• choose 'call us for card payment' when you complete the consent application form
