Pennard Burrows LTD - Vary a full licence to abstract

Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Pennard Burrows LTD to vary a full licence to abstract water, serial number 22/59/4/0035, which authorises the abstraction of water from Park Mill Stream at National Grid Reference SS 54335 88872.  The variation applied for is to increase the maximum abstraction quantities from 7.3 cubic metres an hour, 145 cubic metres a day and 15,000 cubic metres a year to 16 cubic metres an hour, 190 cubic metres a day and 40,000 cubic metres a year, between March and October inclusive in each year.
