St Asaph flood risk management scheme package B pre-application consultation

We are preparing to submit an application for planning consent for the St Asaph Flood Risk Management Scheme Package B Works.

To fulfil our obligations under the above acts, we are writing to all affected landowners/occupiers, community consultees and specialist consultees, and also placing public notices on site, to invite feedback on our draft planning application and technical supporting documents. 

The consultation period runs for 28 days - from 19 August 2016 through until 16 September 2016. We will then submit the St Asaph Flood Risk Management Scheme planning application to Denbighshire County Council.

As well as consulting with those directly impacted we, as the developer, also welcome feedback from the community in general on our proposal to deliver flood risk protection works in St. Asaph, from Lower Denbigh Road to Spring Gardens Caravan Park and short sections downstream in Dol Afon and Station Road in Rhuddlan.

Any comments will inform our submission of a planning application to the local planning authority.  All comments received within the consultation period will be documented and addressed within a Consultation Report, which will be submitted along with our planning application.
