Environmental Protection Act 1990
Section 33
s.33(1)(a): Depositing, knowingly causing or knowingly permitting the deposit of controlled waste or extractive waste on land without, or other than in accordance with, an environmental permit.
s.33(1)(b): Submit controlled waste or knowingly cause or knowingly permit controlled waste to be submitted to a listed operation, other than as operated within Section 33(1)(a) without, or not in accordance with a permit.
s.33(1)(c): Treating, keeping or disposing of controlled waste or extractive waste in a manner likely to cause pollution or harm human health.
s.33(5): Controlling, or being in a position to control, a vehicle carrying controlled waste and/or from which controlled waste is deposited in contravention of Section 33(1)(a) EPA 1990.
