This consultation has now closed. NRW will use the feedback from the public consultation to inform our new charging schemes, which we intend to implement from 1 April 2023, subject to Ministerial approval.
Before you apply for a standard rules waste permit make sure that:
- you understand the standard rules set
- the rule describes exactly what you want to do
- you will be able to meet the requirements of the rules
You can't vary standard rules and you can't appeal against them.
