We will delay requesting water abstraction returns for the period 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020 until further notice.
This will be reviewed on a regular basis and we will contact licence holders directly to request returns when we are able to accept them again.
You should keep recording data as detailed in your licence if it is safe to do so and following the latest social distancing guidance from the government.
If you have already sent your data to us there will be a delay with us processing your returns.
How to fill in your return
We'll contact you to ask for your return/s.
If you've abstracted no water during the return period, you'll still need to complete the return.

Deadline for returns
Submit your return within 28 days of receiving a notification from us.
Submitting the return by the deadline will ensure your licence conditions aren't breached.
Changing your personal details
If you no longer need the licence you should revoke it so that you're no longer liable to pay an annual charge or submit a return.
