Part A

Application form Part A - About you

Part B

  • All applications for new bespoke permits must include a completed Part B2, unless completing the B6.5
  • For sewage and/or trade discharges you will need to complete the relevant sections on Part B6 – see Table 1 on page 2
  • For standalone groundwater discharges (spreading activities such as sheep dip) you will need to complete Part B7

Please note: You only need to complete questions that are relevant to what you are applying for. Table 1 – About the Effluent, in Part B6 describes the different effluent types and what questions need to be completed.

You can use a B6.5 form if you are applying to discharge treated sewage effluent up to 15 cubic metres (15m3) a day into ground or up to 20 cubic metres (20m3) a day to surface water. Please note: you do not need to fill in any of the other forms with this particular application.

Part F

All applications for sewage (over 15 cubic metres into ground or over 20 cubic metres a day to surface water) or trade discharges must include a completed Part F2. For standalone groundwater discharges/spreading activities you will need to complete a Part F1.
